ClosEasi is a national title insurance agent providing title insurance and closing services, which serves as the integrated closing platform supporting EasiLoans.
ClosEasi partners with highly respected, local title agents to provide the following services in conjunction with EasiLoans and ClosEasi Services
Services Include:
- Obtain and review the title search
- Obtain payoffs for existing mortgages/liens
- Review Survey
- Contact Homeowners' Association ("HOA") or condo management, as necessary
- Produce a Title Insurance commitment binder
- Procure and verify property tax information
- Coordinates closing schedule
- In conjunction with EasiLoans, prepare settlement documents
- Conducts closing, disburses funds and records the new liens
- Produce and deliver final title insurance policies
As part of the EasiLoans' EasiLink platform, ClosEasi Services assists in bringing you a worry-free home financing and settlement services experience.
ClosEasi Services rounds out the integration of the services you need to complete your transaction. As with the rest of your transaction on the EasiLink platform, you can order, monitor and review your settlement service reports 24/7, directly from your EasiLink Dashboard.
